DESCRIPTION:Leadership Barstow is a community-based leadership program aimed at developing emerging leaders and invigorating civic engagement. The program is designed to provide a better understanding of the Barstow area and how its governmental agencies\, businesses and non-profits function individually and interact together. Leadership Barstow will provide the Barstow area with a pipeline of emerging leaders.\n\n\n\nThe program will begin on February 6\, 2020 and will continue weekly until March 26\, 2020.\n\n\n\nEach session will begin at 6:00 pm and end at 8:00 pm.\n\n\n\nSession locations will vary each week.\n\n\n\nAdmission into Leadership Barstow is on a First Come/First Served basis.\n\n\n\nRegistration forms are not processed until all necessary fees are paid in full.

LOCATION:February 6\, 2020 - Kick Off at Idle Spurs February 13 - City of Barstow\, City Departments February 20 - City of Barstow\, Public Safety\, Building & Planning February 27 - Health Care & Housing March 6 - Tourism March 13 - County Services & Volunteer Organizations March 20 - Education March 27 - Elections There also be tours of BNSF\, MCLB\, and NTC/Fort Irwin. The tour dates are to be determined.
