Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative your main responsibility will be to ensure that guests are delighted and keep coming back to Outlets at Barstow. You will learn about our services and amenities so you can keep our guests well informed. In addition, we house an official California State Welcome Center so you will assist our guests with travel information.
At Outlets at Barstow you will have the ability to interact with our many tourists from all over the world.
Key Responsibilities:
* Motivated, energetic, personable, friendly, have an eagerness to provide exceptional service and like to contribute to the success of a great team
* Identifies customer needs, explains property features and amenities and overcomes objections
* Handles cash register
* Takes inbound calls including information, service requests, and provides guidance to tour groups
* Must be able to multi-task
Skills and Experience Requirements:

* 3 months of customer service experience, preferable in a retail environment 
* Demonstrate ability and willingness to provide outstanding customer service, placing customers' needs first
* Ability to make timely decisions 
* Practices attentive and active listening
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Demonstrate creativity and problem solving skills
* Ability to read and interpret documents
* Strong typing and computer skills 
* Must be available to work weekends and nights
