As a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator the primary function is as a liaison between real estate agents, clients, escrow companies and mortgage brokers during the process of a real estate sale. Responsible in providing a consistent, quality-controlled system to ensure the smooth and efficient management of relevant steps necessary to close a real estate sale. Assist with the creation of time lines, calendar reminder notes and schedule phone calls to all parties, monitor and assess the progress of the sale so that important deadlines are met and contingencies are released. Provide a preliminary audit of the file for the managing broker to review.
Additional duties include; responsible for handling incoming phone calls, general office messages and email, perform general administrative duties, interface between clients and companies. There is room for promotion and growth within the company.
Prefer experience as Transaction Coordinator, Realtor or Escrow experience. Knowledge of all documentation and processes required to complete a real estate transaction. Knowledge of Docusign, Zipforms and MLS. Must be very organized, professional, dedicated, and trustworthy. Must be great at time management and work well in fast paced environment. Excellent phone skills & customer service skills. High level of proficiency of computer and internet skills. Highly developed oral and written communication skills. Positive and professional attitude. Spanish speaking is desired, but not mandatory.

Salary: $30,000.00 to $37,000.00 year plus Paid time off and 401k retirement.
