The ServSafe  Food Protection Manager Course program is available through the\n\nNational Restaurant Association Education Foundation\, a highly\n\nrecognized national food safety organization. Successful completion of this course satisfies the Food Manager Certification Training required for California Health and Safety Codes. \n\n \n\nCost will include ServSafe Manger training book\, classroom training\,\n\nand final exam\n\n BACC Members $150.00 \n\nNon BACC Members $200.00 \n\n \n\nTime & Date: January 25\, 2018\, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Instruction & Exam)\, registration and payment accepted until 5 pm January 8\, 2018.  All training material will be mailed.
