DESCRIPTION:Barstow Community College's (BCC) Career Technical Education (CTE)/Workforce and Economic Development Department in conjunction with the Barstow Area Chamber of Commerce\, will host an advisory meeting on Tuesday\, October 16\, 2018 from 7:30am to 10:30am at BCC's Career Education and Workforce Development Center located at 1501 State St.\, Barstow\, CA.  The theme for the event is titled "Guided Pathways to Success." Networking and a Continental Breakfast will be held from 7:30am to 8:00am.   \n\n\n\nI would like to invite you to attend or send a representative to participate in the annual CTE Joint Advisory Committee meeting with the Barstow Area Chamber of Commerce. As a participant of the advisory meeting\, you help provide valuable insight into the development and direction of Career Technical Education programs at BCC. This event will also allow you to meet with faculty\, counselors\, and administrators. Our current programs include:  Accounting/Economics\, Administration of Justice\, Automotive/Diesel Technology\, Business Administration\, Child Development\, Computer and Business Information Systems\, Cosmetology\, Electrical\, Industrial Maintenance Technology\, Supply Chain Management\, Management\, Photography\, Welding\, and Workforce Readiness.
