SUMMARY:Ghost Story Telling Festival
DESCRIPTION:This festival will be a single day event held at the BCC Performing Arts Black Box Theatre.  The fesival schedule will be organized around 8 minute blocks of time for the storytellers to share their ghost stories.  At the end of the festival\, the jusdges will choose a clear winner from the showcase of ghost storytelling contestants and they will be fetured as the opening act for the Knock Knockers Concert that same evening in the Performing Arts Center.
